1994 Toyota Land Cruiser HZJ70 LX

Look at this Land Cruiser and try to tell me this is NOT the king of small 4x4s. Short wheelbase, 2 doors, straight 6 diesel engine, solid axles, leaf sprung, 5 speed manual, electric winch, lift AND rack up top.

Silver exterior paint with chrome details greet you on the exterior, with already-mentioned cargo carrying capability on the roof. Factory-original functional Toyota electric winch mounted in the extended front bumper, with aftermarket wheels wrapped in brand new BF Goodrich Mud-Terrian T/As (including the full size spare mounted on the back). It being lifted gives it a formidable presence that compliments its capability. Cosmetically it does have flaws (shown in the pictures), a spot of rust on the right front fender, with two spots more just behind each door between the body and the running board. There is also a dent in the left door, along with some dings in the front bumper.

Inside is quite clean, with no tears, dings, or major issues at all. Fabric is complete on the doors, seats, floor and headliner. The steering wheel is a MOMO replacement along with the shift knob. Hand-crank windows for the front passengers, with rear sliding ones for the back seat. Everything works, has excellent air conditioning. Note the cigarette lighter says ‘24V’ warning you not to stick your iPhone charger in the socket. On the bottom left of the steering wheel you’ll find the DIFF LOCK switch. Above your head is the functional sunroof, letting light and wind in if you’d like. Headliner is in excellent shape as well. Rear seats are clean, with shoulder belts available. Rear cargo area is in good shape as well with the ability to fold the back seats forward to make room for more cargo.

This 70 is a special one. The combination of the HZ diesel engine, 5 speed manual, locking diffs, sunroof with the Toyota electric winch on the front make this quite a rare truck indeed. Timing belt service was done 3 years ago, oil has been freshly changed and it is riding on brand new tires. It needs nothing besides a new owner.
